I understand that trekking is an adventure activity involving inherent risks.

I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate.

I voluntarily accept these risks and agree to follow the instructions of the trek leader and organizers throughout the trek.

I acknowledge that mountain terrain and weather conditions are unpredictable, and the trek leader has the authority to alter the route for safety reasons.

I understand that Kulgam Adventurers shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, illness or loss except where required by law.
